CUTTING
Cut is what makes or breaks a garment, and the cutter is the key in ensuring that this exacting step is carried out saccessfully. Careful selection of larger hide pirces , comparing and constraction colours, the mength and texture of the fur, the size and shape of the scales. Each cut precise and in the correct, exact place.

Kantaoui fashion cerefully chooses suppliers with the correct certifications, to ensure only the finest raw hides, furs and skins are used. With trusted suppliers, hide quality and correct animal treatment are guaranteed.
No matter which country the leather we use originates from, our trained specialistis rely on artisanal experience to inspect the hides and skins , checking colouring, matching dyes, spotting which pieces can be combined into single garments. PASTE & PAINT
During production, each piece or garment is put together with the final vision and technical perfection at theforefront. With “bare hands”, that is, just simple shears and the traditional marble surface, separate pieces of skins or hide are perfectly assembled to resemble a single, unbroken piece. This technique, resulting in final garments to take your breath away, are only possible with the skills, dexterity and experience of our staff. With such a specialist team and both modern and traditional machinery available to us, we are able to use leather and skins ofany type orshape, from small and simple to large, unusual pieces. Even the smallest details are treatedwith the same level of care -borders are painted either by hand or via machines for a completely homogenous finish. After these steps, the final garment is a pleasure to look at and ready to be worn.

The workshop in the nerve centre of our operation. The combination of cutting edge and tradtional sewing machinery allows us to work with all varieties of material and produce prototypes, samples and final pieces of impeccable quality.
KF’s seamstresses have sharp eyes for the smallest setails, tracking each step of the sweing process for each garment product –this way we know our artisanal leather garments are manufactured in the highest standards.
We have a final look with finishing and accessories swen by hand. Kantaoui Fashion promotes and cultivates those artisanal skills among our personnel, along with thier passion, every day.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is carried out at several stages of manufacturing.Inspections start during the prototype stage, where the garment is measured by an inspector to checkifit matches the client’s specification. Samples, garments in the pre-production stage and finished products are also subject to quality controls.
